Nico has been advising enterprises on digital procurement transformation since 2020. Before founding DPNow, he initiated and led P&G’s global digital procurement transformation from 2014 to 2020, one of the largest Coupa deployments in the world, achieving 100% e-sourcing adoption and 93% e-invoicing adoption across a global organisation.

Since 2020, he has worked with large enterprises across Europe and North America to define their procurement transformation strategy, build internal capability, and create the conditions for successful technology adoption.
