Our team spent years inside some of the largest procurement transformations in the world, including P&G’s global digital procurement rollout from 2014–2020. We saw companies invest in the right platform and still spend 12+ months getting to go-live, ending up with low adoption and unclear ROI.
The problem wasn’t Coupa. It was the delivery model. Traditional consulting is built for billable hours, not go-lives. Every delay is revenue for the firm. We saw no incentive to go faster, so we built our own model instead.
Blueprint is the implementation model we wished had existed when we were on the client side. Fixed scope, fixed timeline, fixed price, and the full weight of everything we’ve learned, baked in from day one.
