Response times are defined in your SLA and depend on your tier. Critical issues are handled within 2–4 hours. Standard issues within 1 business day. Enhancement requests within 5 business days. All tracked and reported monthly.

Yes. Support engagements are reviewed quarterly. If your needs change — new modules, new entities, reduced usage — we adjust the scope and day-rate accordingly. You’re not locked into a fixed contract that doesn’t reflect reality.
